Spring Sports Pre-Season Conditioning Sessions

If you are planning to play any sports in the spring for Chatham Charter's middle school or high school, there will be two pre-season conditioning sessions in the gym on February 1 and February 8 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. During these sessions you will work on stretching, running, hand-eye coordination, and different types of agility drills.
