School-Wide College Week (Nov. 2-6)

In conjunction with the College Foundation of NC (CFNC)'s College Application Week, Chatham Charter will have a college focus next week, November 2-6. It is sponsored by the College Liaison’s Office.

Monday - Middle and high school students will have an opportunity to sign a banner telling where they hope to apply to college.

Tuesday – K-12 students and staff are encouraged to wear clothing with the name of their favorite colleges.

 Wednesday - High school students will come back from lunch at 1:05 PM and watch college-focused videos from CFNC's Let Me Tell You Initiative.

 Thursday - Middle and high school students and staff will take an ACC-themed poll and results will be posted on the website.

 Friday - Students in grades 3 through 12 will participate in a College Walk beginning at 2:05 pm. Students will visit various classrooms to talk with staff about the colleges they attended. Also throughout the week, seniors will have the opportunity to apply to participating North Carolina colleges for free. For a list of participating schools, click here.
