Dear Chatham Charter Families,

The Chatham Charter PTA will be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week this year from Monday, April 27th to Friday, May 1st. This is a week before the national celebration. We have chosen to do this due to EOG testing in our school during the National Teacher Appreciation Week May 4-8.

The PTA is presenting gifts to the teachers and staff each day and will be providing breakfast for all teachers and staff on Friday morning, May 1st. We invite and encourage everyone to give words of thanks during this week to all the staff for everything they do for our children and families. You can do this through simply sending a note of thanks in with your student or writing a quick email to let your child’s teacher know how much we appreciate what they do for our children day in and day out. Additionally, you can also comment on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/ChathamCharterSchool or tweet with us at http://twitter.com/chathamcharter.

Please join us in the celebration! If you would like to help set up the breakfast on Friday, please contact the school and leave a message for the PTA. You may also make a donation to the PTA Teacher Appreciation Week Fund by sending in your donation in an envelope marked “PTA” along with your child’s name and homeroom teacher. A receipt will be returned to you within one week.

THANK YOU!
Chatham Charter PTA
