High school students, families and faculty,

Chatham Charter is hosting a cross country meet, Wednesday afternoon, October 8.  Part of the runners’ course will be in the two high school parking lots.  Please help us be able to set up before the school day ends by doing the following:

-       If you are picking up a high school student, park in the end lot at the lower building (not the high school).  High school students will walk over to your vehicle at 3:45 PM. 

-       High school student car riders:  Walk to your vehicles in a group and be careful to avoid stepping on any bushes around the lower building parking lot as you cross.

-       If you are a student driver, please park in the center section of the high school student parking lot.  Leave the perimeter clear for runners.  If all of those spots fill up, park near the gym.  You may be asked to move your vehicle at some point in the day if you have to park at the gym, however. 

-       Faculty, remember to park in the K-8 staff parking area.

Thanks for making this adjustment on Wednesday as we support our cross country team.  The middle school team will run around 4:00 PM.  The high school meet will begin at 5:00 PM.  The start and finish lines will be at the front of the high school.  If you have time, bring some food to come and join the tailgaters.
