New Immunization Requirement for 7th Graders - Deadline: Sept. 10th

The state is now requiring seventh graders to have the Tdap booster & Meningocococcal Disease (MCV) vaccine within the first thirty days (calendar days) of the school year.  Students will receive additional information in homeroom packets as the school year begins. However, due to the short time span, students are welcome to see their doctor or go their local health department to obtain the vaccines. Documentation from a medical professional is required to be submitted to the school. The Chatham Charter deadline will be September 10th.  State law requires a student be suspended if not in compliance by the deadline.
