All current 8th, 9th and 10th graders: Please click on the link below to indicate your preference for high school electives. This will help us decide which electives we offer next year. You may pick five (5) choices out of the list. Every student is required to complete this survey.

Update: There have been a couple of questions regarding the HS Elective Survey. Please see below - hope this helps! If you have more questions, email me.
- The Electronic Art I/Electronic Art II courses (Visual Specialization) are the same as the "tech class" we offered in the fall. This includes working with digital media (podcasts, video, etc.), Second Life (virtual world) and other electronic mediums.
- This survey is NOT a commitment in any way. You will sit down and choose your electives at a later date - this just allows us to determine what is most popular so we know which classes we should definitely offer.
- If you have suggestions for other electives, feel free to email me.
- We also have some flexibility in seeking out electives through NCVPS (North Carolina Virtual Public School). For example, we have a student taking German I right now because we do not offer that class here. I still need you to fill out the survey as access to these online courses may be limited, but you can see a course catalog here:
